Lease Terms

We would love for you to call St. Claire Apartments home. Please contact our leasing office to inquire about available lease terms.

Security Deposit

There is a $750 deposit. This is a refundable fee. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Pets

Indoor cats are welcome with a pet fee of $500 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.

Application Fee

The application fee is $40 per adult.
